Our design was part of a wider refurbishment of a twenty year old production kitchen serving a Michelin star restaurant within a prestigious hotel. Due to the restaurant's' famed pastry our design provided two bespoke pastry production islands with granite insert worktops, integrated induction and sinks seamlessly integrated within. We integrated an indoor smoking island designed for the "Big Green Egg" with associated ventilation systems to incorporate the added smoke within the environment.
